Brian Scrone and Jimmy Sheils are full-time real estate investors and have been best friends since the age of three. As business partners they have done over $45,000,000 worth real estate transactions and own a private real estate holding company that invests in single family homes in Jacksonville, Florida.

Starting out in Bakersfield, CA in 1999 with no money and $2,000 in credit card debt, they built up a multi-million dollar real estate of portfolio of over 100 single-family homes and were given an award of recognition by the mayor for their highly received “rent to own” program. Ignoring media hype and listening to market fundamentals, they sold off their portfolio in Bakersfield at the height of the real estate market in 2005 and relocated to Jacksonville, Florida where they powered through the “Great Recession” and continue to invest full-time in the highly lucrative foreclosure market.
To date, they have purchased over 300 investment properties.

Both men have a passion for education and have spoken at events all over the world. Audiences are always captivated by their grass roots style of teaching that is both enjoyable and easy to understand. Their famous saying is “Education is useless if it’s too confusing to apply” Through first-hand experience Brian and Jimmy teach the nut and bolts of foreclosures, renovations, property management, financing, raising capital and many other important subjects that are imperative to succeeding in Real estate investing. They also teach the vital differences international investors must understand before investing in the US Real Estate market.

When not doing real estate deals, you can find Brian and Jimmy traveling, surfing and spending quality time with family and friends.
